Our topic this term is the Anglo Saxons. Our class text is Beowulf by Michael Morpurgo, all of our reading and writing will be based around this story.
In Maths we will be revising Place Value and then will move on to looking at the four calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. It is important your child can recall their times tables up to 12x so please make this a focus of your learning at home - the school has paid for your child to access Times Table Rockstar at home so please ask if you do not know their login details . We also do Big Maths daily which helps improve fluency.
